James Aughterson
James is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a Law degree (LLB). He worked for a "Big 4" Accountancy firm and in a leading City tax specialists before founding Aughtersons in 2005.
James provides tax planning across a range of businesses from start-ups through to international listed companies, and he is a transaction expert who acts as lead advisor for our clients on mergers and acquisitions.
